Andrew Green has practiced law for more than 20 years, serving clients in Tacoma and throughout Western Washington.  He represents businesses and individuals in employment, business and commercial, contract, real estate, and other civil matters.

Andrew’s approach to practicing law is straightforward: understand what the client is trying to accomplish, provide candid advice about the available options, and develop a practical strategy for moving forward. He believes in resolving disputes efficiently when possible and litigating when necessary.

A substantial part of Andrew’s practice is devoted to employment law.  He represents both employers and employees, advising clients before disputes arise as well as representing them in employment litigation.  

Over the course of his career, Andrew has represented clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.

Andrew earned his B.A. from the University of Washington in 1999 and his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2002.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his dog, reading, hiking, and boating.
